We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. To make a credit card purchase, please call us at 631-779-2603.
We also accept business and personal checks, money orders and wire transfers. For check payment, the item will be shipped once the funds have been cleared. Furniture orders from our private label will start being processed.
Conditions of a sale through our website: (returns)
For purchases through our website, you have three days of your receiving the piece to notify us if you wish to return it. ** After you have notified us, you have seven business days for the piece to be returned back to us. The piece must be returned insured and arrive in the same condition as when you received It.; in the same manner of packaging as it left our location. Please note that return shipping and insurance costs are paid for by the buyer. Once the item is returned, we will send you a check back or issue credit providing you have notified us within three days of delivery.
** If the items purchased are damaged during shipping, the buyer needs to contact and deal with the shipper directly to resolve this matter. It is advised that you carefully inspect the piece upon arrival for any damage during shipping before signing and accepting item.
Shipping and Handling:
At Owen Swift Antiques, we will help you with all shipping arrangements to all destinations whether local or nationwide. All packing, shipping and insurance costs are at the customer’s expense. All orders must include a contact telephone number. Orders cannot be processed or shipped without one. Furniture and other bulky or heavy purchases are shipped via professional common carrier (truck or cargo van) to the customer’s home or business. Customers may also make their own shipping arrangements using a courier or common carrier of their choice. Purchases paid for by credit card must be shipped to the credit card holder’s billing address; this is a fraud-prevention requirement by our credit card processing company.
ANTIQUES: Owen Swift Antiques will attempt to be as accurate as possible with the descriptions of antiques and decorative accessories. Upon request, we will send you more photos of item of interest. All statements made by us, whether written or oral, are statements given to the best of our knowledge and information that was given to us. These statements do not constitute a guarantee. All merchandise is sold as is.
New York Sales Tax:
All orders shipped to a New York address are subject to an 8 5/8% sales tax.
All orders shipped outside of New York are not subject to New York sales tax.
Buyers submitting a legitimate Sales and Use Tax Permit (current resale certificate) or a Tax Exempt (Non-Profit) Certificate are exempt from New York sales tax.
